Years ago, when Premier Owner Donte Wilburn came into auto detailing, he quickly saw that employees were underpaid and managers treated people terribly because they didn’t know how to be leaders.

Donte will tell you that he wanted to get out of the industry just about as quickly as he got in, but God would not let him go. In fact, God told Donte, “If you don’t like it—change it.”
