Dropping Off Your Vehicle
After you schedule your service and get to the shop—park your vehicle in our private lot on the south side of our building and follow the sidewalk around to the front door.
You’ll be welcomed by smiling staff who will be happy to see you. Simply tell them who you are and what service you have scheduled. They will take your keys, verify your scheduled service, do a quick walk-through, and let you know when your vehicle will be ready for pickup and inspection.
If you’re dropping off your vehicle after hours, there is a drop box near the front door. Simply fill out the envelope, put your keys inside, and place the envelope in the drop box. Someone will call you the next day to walk you through your service and pickup time.
Before you drop your vehicle off—remember to remove all items from your vehicle’s interior and trunk, including car seats and items in your console (if possible).

Picking Up Your Vehicle
Once you arrive for pick up, our team will do a 20-point inspection with you and your vehicle to make sure everything meets your expectations. That means you won’t even pay until you look over your vehicle with us and are happy with the results.
At Premier, we also have a rainy-day guarantee that provides a free rewash of your vehicle if it rains within 48 hours of your service.
